►FUTON MATTRESS
• STANDARD: 6" all cotton. 100% 85/15 premium cotton batting. Perfect for "A" frames (folds well) or for one looking for 100 % cotton futon.
• BASIC: 6" cotton/foam core. Extra large 3-3/8" layer of 1.2 density foam and 85/15 premium cotton. Promotional futon mattress. A great price leader. Ideal for inexpensive bifold.
• SUPREME: 8" cotton/triple foam core. Three 2-1/2" convoluted layers of 1.2 density foam, filled with premium cotton batting. This futon is generously plump and will practically sell itself, with obvious superiority over traditional foam core futons.
• MAX: 8" cotton/double foam core. Two jumbo 4-1/4" convoluted layers of 1.2 density foam, filled with premium cotton batting. This futon is designed for those who are interested in the confirmation and cushioning of a mostly foam futon. The two jumbo high peak foam layers provide the cushioned center while the double layers of premium cotton batting top and bottom provide firmness. The Max is lighter and more resilient and mostly cotton futons.
• SPRINGTIME: 6" cotton/double foam/coil. (Leggett made unit) 312 coil size, 13.5 wire, 4 turn coil x 4"high coils laced together with 17.5 ga. Lacing wire and 17.5 ga. Lacing wire on sides. Wrapped with our supreme insulator pads, with 1" foam topper and covered with our premium cotton batting. A true fully flexible innerspring. Recommended for bi-folds only. This product will make the transition from conventional sleep sofa to futon sleeper easily. Full-272 Queen 323-coils.
• FANTASY: 8" cotton DuPont Hollofil® polyester wrap/triple foam core. Three layers of 2-1/2" convoluted 1.2 density foam, filled with our premium cotton batting wrapped with DuPont Hollofil® wrap. This futon is best suited for bi-folds and platform beds. The DuPont Hollofil® wrap is unmatched for luxury and longevity.
• SWEET DREAMS: 8" DuPont Hollofil® polyester wrap/triple foam core. Three layers of 2-1/2" convoluted 1.2 density foam, filled with DuPont Hollofil® polyester. DuPont Hollofil® polyester is more buoyant, resilient and longer lasting than regular polyester. This combination creates the most luxurious sitting and plush sleeping surface in the futon industry. Best suited for bi-fold and platform bed use. This futon is much easier to lift and move about than heavy cotton futons and offers comfort and support comparable to a premium bed pillow. If your customer desires the best in futon mattresses, show them this one.
• CLOUD 9: 8" cotton/double foam core/coil. (Leggett made unit) 312 coil size, 13.5 wire, 4-turn coil x 4" high coils laced together with 17.5 gauge lacing wire and 17.5 gauge lacing wire on sides. Wrapped with our supreme insulator pads, with two layers of extra large 2-1/2" convoluted 1.2 density foam, filled with our premium cotton batting. A truly abundant futon mattress. Recommended for bi-folds and platform beds.
• ROYAL: 8" Heat Tempered Pocketed Coil. Retains Original Shape and performance over lifetime of use. The coil starts in a ferocious furnace at a blazing of 600 degrees, by first heat-tempering Individual coils under such extreme temperature they develop near-permanent tension and resiliency. To add to the comfort to the Royal is 2 layers of convoluted foam and long fiber staple cotton. Sit on it to feel the Royalty of our Royal.
