	Please use the form provided to submit your request for a return. Return Policy: Request for returns must be submitted within 15 days of receiving the package(s). Please submit a complete detailed description as to why you are requesting this return. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and must be given a authorized RMA#. After you have received your RMA# simply ship it back to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of your purchase price less the 25% restocking fee and (this does not include your original shipping and handling fees). We cannot accept returns of merchandise that are used, laundered, or soiled. Items that are special ordered are not returnable. Returns must be packed in their original packaging in resaleable condition and customer will be responsible for shipping back the return. Upon receipt of the authorized return, the item(s) will be inspected throughly by a Return Department Supervisor. Returns such as defects (if approved) will be replaced, not refunded. If legitimate defects are found, the Return Department Supervisor will process the relacement. If the Return Department Surpervisor denies the claim, the items will be returned to you at your expense. The decision of the Return Department Supervisor in final. NO CASH REFUNDS! Please note that when you submitted your order, you agreed to abide by our policies, therefore you will need to review again our policies for returns before submitting this request. By submitting this form you are only submitting a request, this does not guarantee your request will be approved. We will review the information submitted and make a decision based upon your information and what our policies states. Please allow up to 72 hours to review this request and give you a response. Health department regulations do not permit us to accept open packages of bedding including: sheets, duvets, coverlets, futon covers, mattress pads, pillow cases, and pillows for refund or credit. Please do not call, all requests must be submitted through email (in typed format). We do not accept COD returns of any kind.
