Orders:
The orders placed by you will be processed immediately, then submitted to the warehouse the next business day. We accept orders from and ship to the Contiental U.S. (that's the lower 48 states) and certain products to Canada for a additional fee of $20.00. Your order will be shipped via UPS Ground Service or Fed Ex directly from the manufacture, usually within five to seven business days; however there are some products that take longer to process depending on the product ordered. We try our best to note estimated times of deliveries on the products page. You will receive a confirmation letting you know that your order has been received that same day. As soon as we receive the tracking number from the shipper, we will note it on your account and contact you through our 24 hour email communications department or you can contact us at any time through our preferred email form and we will track the delivery in progress for you.
Due to the custom detailed handcrafting of our featured patchwork quilts, we can not offer expedited shipping. Some items may not be in stock and could take between 3 to 6 weeks for these products to arrive to your door. These products are shipped Fed Ex Ground Service directly from the manufacture.
Backorders / Product Delays
& Out of Stock Items:
Backorders are a result of manufacturer delays in producing products to be shipped directly to it's customers. Cotton Patch Bedding may choose to partial ship an item and backorder the remainder of any item ordered and ship that item at a later date at not cost to the customer. It's possible that some items may be temporarily out of stock for as long as 2 to 8 weeks due to color, style, size manufacturer and mill delays or other unforseen circumstances. Customers will be notified only if an item ordered has been discontiued or is no longer available.
