Pricing:  

All product prices are displayed in real time on the web site. We will do our best to ensure our prices are as accurate as possible. However, in situation where error occurs in product pricing, our company reserves the right to update the order with correct pricing and will notify the customer if such change does occur. Prices and discounts are subject to change without notice. 

Orders: 

The orders placed will be processed immediately and submitted to our suppliers within 2 to 3 business days. We accept orders from and ship to the Continental U.S. (that's the lower 48 states), also Canada. Your order will be shipped via UPS Ground Service, directly from the manufacture, usually within five to seven business days; however there are some products that take between 2 to 4 weeks and some between 6 to 8 weeks depending on the product ordered. We try to note this on the products page. You will receive a confirmation message letting you know that your order has been received that same day. As soon as we receive the tracking number from our supplier we will contact you via email with the tracking number and a link to the courier service. We will also note it on your account that you can access if you have registered with us when you placed your order. You may also contact customer service at (866) 744-9191 or via our preferred email form supplied on our contact us page. There are occasions where some manufactures do not supply a tracking number until the product is shipped. The tracking number is not always supplied to our company until we inquire, so please contact us if you feel there is a long delay in receiving your order information.  

Due to the custom detailed handcrafting of our featured patchwork quilts, we can not offer expedited shipping. Some items may not be in stock and could take up to 3-6 weeks sometimes sooner. These products are shipped Fed Ex Ground Service directly from the manufacture. 

Backorders, Product Delays & Out of Stock Items

Backorders are a result of manufacturer delays in producing products to be shipped directly to our suppliers and then to our customers. Cotton Patch Bedding may choose to partial ship an item and backorder the remainder of any item ordered and ship that item at a later date at no cost to the customer. It's possible that some items may be temporarily out of stock for as long as 2 to 8 weeks due to color, style, size, manufacturer and mill delays or other unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be notified only if item ordered has been discontinued or is no longer available.

Special Orders:  

Cotton Patch Bedding will accommodate special orders. All special orders must be paid in full at the time of order. Once a special order has been placed, it is NON-CANCELABLE. Orders of items that are not in-stock and customer request to wait for the product is considered a special order. 

Special Order Items

All products, which are indicated as “Special Order”,  are NON-RETURNABLE. All Italian Linens and special sized Bridal quality satin items are non-returnable. Refunds or credits will not be issued on special order items, if you receive a special order item and it is the wrong color, wrong size, damaged or is defective, the item will be repaired if necessary or replaced at no cost to you. Some special orders may take 6 to 8 weeks before shipping. Please call or e-mail customer service if you have any questions on "Special Order" or non-returnable items, or cancellation policies.

Product Sizes

All finished sizes for products advertised are based on information provided by the manufacturer of the item, sizes may vary slightly depending on conditions during manufacturing, production, material content and washing. Cotton Patch Bedding and its manufacturers are not responsible for shrinkage of material.

Catalogs & Fabric 
 

Sorry, we do not offer printed catalogs. Although we do not offer fabric swatches for most items there are only a few products that we do offer swatches for, those fabrics which we do offer swatches for we cannot guarantee that if a fabric swatch is sent that the swatch received will match an item ordered of the same material. Please contact customer service if you have any questions on our product colors

Sheepskins, Fiber, Feather & Goose Down Bedding  

Sheepskins, Goose Down bedding, Feather and Fiber bed bedding, feather filled pillows, mattress pads not defective are non returnable. Please use our retrun request form located on our contact us page for return authorization prior to returning. All requests must be submitted within 15 of delivery, request submitted after 15 days will automatically be denied.

Returns For Patch Quilts & Patch Quilt Sets: 

All Cotton Patch Bedding/Patch Quilts' return Policy is designed to fairly protect our customers while still respecting the unique qualities of our handcrafted products. By their very nature, our handcrafted products contain variations one from another. These variations are not a basis for return of the product. For example, small stains that can be removed by the customer or loose threads are not a basis for return of the product. On rare occasions you may encounter an item with significant damage that results from mishandling or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, please contact us within 15 (fifteen) days of receipt. We cannot accept merchandise for exchange or refund after 15 (fifteen) days and we cannot accept any items that have been washed. Please contact a Customer Service Representative using our return request form located on our contact us page to request a Return Material Authorization # (RMA#). Any returns without an RMA# will be refused. Upon receipt of the return item, our Returns Department Supervisor will inspect and, if legitimate defects are found, the item will be replaced and incoming freight credited to your account. If the Returns Department Supervisor denies the claim, the items will be returned to you at your expense. The decision of the Returns Department Supervisor is final. All Returns will be replaced with merchandise. NO CASH REFUNDS!

Italian, Silk & Satin Bedding (Italian Linens, Silk Charmeuse, Silk Habutai, Bridal Satin, Polyester Woven Satin) 

Italian Linens order cancellations are not accepted after Cotton Patch Bedding has received order. Silk & Satin items may be returned for exchange or refund within 15 days of receipt only if not removed from its package and are in original resale able condition and are not special ordered in size or color. All Bridal Satin items and special order satin items are non-returnable. Bridal Satin sheets and duvet covers are professionally center seamed; Bridal Satin items will wrinkle and can be ironed. Bridal Satin is a sleek woven fiber for that special look and feel one associates with fine satin bedding. It is called Bridal Satin because many bridal gown manufacturers use it for this very purpose. Bridal Satin is machine washable. The densely woven satin fabric is both very elegant and machine washable, if treated with proper care, it will last for a long time. Silk & Bridal Satins should be washed by itself on a gentle cycle, cold water setting, please do not, under any circumstances, use hot water, heat is an enemy of Silks & Acetate Bridal Satin for both washing and drying, also, do not use any type of bleach, fabric softer is not necessary, woolite preferred.  When finished washing, promptly remove to avoid unnecessary wrinkles, line-dry, or use a cloths dryer set to "Fluff No Heat". When dry-to-the-touch promptly remove to your bed or loosely roll up for storage, if desired for that fantastic smooth satin look, touch up any stubborn wrinkles on the reverse side with a clean steam iron set to the lowest steam setting recommend by your iron for satin, do not use iron on silk. Dry Clean any of our silk or satin comforters due to their bulk, home machine washing though possible, is not recommend for our comforters. To extend the life of any silk or satin bedding we suggest rotating sheet sets frequently so that one set is not abnormally worn due to continual usage. Cotton Patch Bedding and its manufacturers are not responsible for normal wear & tear, abuse, mistreatment, damages due to washing and shredded or worn fabrics in areas of usage.

Shipping

Most Items will ship within 7 to 14 business days. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer. In addition, please allow up to 7 business days from the day your order has been shipped for UPS Ground Deliveries to be delivered within the continental United States. Large orders, items which are oversized may incur additional shipping costs depending on weight of package and can take longer to arrive once shipped or are governed by each individual manufacturer or distributor in which item has be produced or shipped from. Incorrect addresses will be subject to a $5.00 UPS correction fee. Signature required option is available for UPS shipments upon request only. Items indicated as "Free Shipping" will ship via standard U.S. Mail, UPS or FEDEX shipping and is available only within the continental United States.

Note: Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays & holidays. We currently do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii and all shipments must be addressed to a street address and not to a PO Box or a FPO/APO address.

Shipping Policy

The following requirements encompass our shipping policy:

Freight

Prices do not include freight charges. All merchandise will be shipped UPS ground or Fed EX Ground. Orders need not to be completed to see the shipping charge. We use UPS and Fed Ex as shipping carrier.

Shipping Errors

If Cotton Patch Bedding ships incorrect items due to our error we will credit customer for shipping back the wrong item shipped. The correct item will be shipped once the wrongly shipped product is received and credit will be applied directly back onto customer's credit card within 60 days upon receiving the product.

Refused Shipments

Any REFUSED shipments returned to Cotton Patch Bedding or our suppliers do not constitute the right to a refund or credit. Any shipments returned REFUSED if accepted back by the company will incur a 50% restocking fee plus freight charges.

Back Orders

Backorders are a result of manufacturer delays or its customers. Cotton Patch Bedding may choose to partial ship an item and backorder the remainder of any item ordered and ship that item at a later date at no cost to the customer. It's possible that some items may be temporarily out of stock for as long as 2 to 6 weeks due to color, style, size, manufacturer and mill delays or other unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be notified only if item ordered has been discontinued or is no longer available. Cotton Patch Bedding will hold and ship all back orders as soon as possible by UPS.

Out of Stock Items:

In case any of the products are out of stock, you will be notified and you will have the option of canceling the order, exchanging the product for a similar product at equal value, accepting a partial shipment, receiving the back order when in stock, or wait for the item to come in before filling the order and shipping it. You will be notified of the expected date of shipment of the back order.

 

Damage or Loss Claims

All products are carefully packed and pass rigorous quality control testing before shipment. Damaged shipments should be checked in the presence of the carrier. All claims for damages or losses to your shipment must be made with the carrier. Please keep all shipping containers and packing material for carrier inspection.

Returns:

Cotton Patch Bedding must be notified of all returns within 15 days of receiving the package to allow time for us to arrange for the return. Because we ship from several different manufacturers and suppliers, our Customer Service Department will give you the proper address to send your package for return processing, upon approval.Customer is responsible for return of product(s) to correct return address and all returns must be issued a return authorization. Defective or damaged merchandise will be replaced upon authorization from our suppliers with no additional cost and must be returned in its original packing. No returns accepted without the original packing. Health department regulations do not permit us to accept open packages of bedding including: sheets, duvets, mattress pads, memory foam toppers, mattresses, pillowcases, and pillows for refund or credit. We cannot accept returns of merchandise that are used, laundered, or soiled. For any damages during the transit the claim shall be made directly with the carrier - UPS or USPS, etc. Returns for any other reason may be exchange for other products at equal value only upon approval from Cotton Patch Bedding. Some items may not be returnable to our suppliers for example: "Does not match my decor" or "The product is slightly different in color from the image shown on your website" these reasons do not constitute the right to a refund or credit. If Cotton Patch Bedding decides to approve your return for reasons similar to this; products may be returned for refund only if notified within 15 days of receipt and only if not removed from its package and are in original resale able condition and will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. You will not be credited back on your credit card until after the product is returned and thoroughly inspected, this could take up to 120 days. If the item or items you have returned are determined to be damaged by you the customer or not in its original packaging, you will not only be charged the re-stocking fee but the amount of credit for your return will be determined by Cotton Patch Bedding. All products listed as: "Sale", "Special Order Item", "Discounted Item", "Closeout" or "Limited Availability" are non-returnable. ONLY upon approval will credit refunds be processed (minus any fees that occur). Use our preferred email form located on our contact us page to request your return, remember you may only be eligible to request a return within 15 days after your order was delivered. If you have forgotten when your product was delivered, contact us anyway and we will send you a copy or link to the UPS tacking information site. If your return is approved our Customer Service Representative will issue you a Return Material Authorization = (RMA#). All velvet items, special order bed skirts, special order bedspreads, Italian Linens, canvas & vinyl futon bedding, and "Special Order" items are non-returnable. Sheet sets, feather bedding, fiber beds, mattress pads and Goose Down bedding not defective are non-returnable. Silk bedding items not defective are non-returnable.

Return authorizations will only be issued by contacting customer service department using our perferred email contact form Click Here. Refunds, replacements or credits are normally issued within 120 of receipt of return or after inspection of item if required. Upon receipt of any return customer may be charged an additional amount for re-shipping package back to customer if item returned has been used, damaged, washed or is a non-returnable item per Cotton Patch Bedding policy.

If your return has been approved and you are ready to ship back the product, please include:

The original packing slip. 
A note telling the Return Department Supervisor what the problem was. 
Your Return Authorization Number given to you by Cotton Patch Bedding.
